Phelps Lawn Care, LLC is a locally owned and operated business proudly serving Carroll County, Illinois from Mount Carroll. We are committed to being the most reliable choice for professional lawn care and Christmas lighting.
Founded by Shain Phelps in 2021 as a small summer mowing service, the business started with just a handful of yards in Mount Carroll. In the following years, family members including Gabe and Wyatt Glass helped maintain those lawns. In July 2024, KC Phelps took over and transformed the part-time operation into a growing, professional local business and employer.
Though relatively new to the industry, we are excited to bring our best effort to every job and serve our community with hard work and integrity.
